Abstract submission
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF ABSTRACTS: 22 February 2009
General Information The abstract must be written in English. Deadline: abstracts must be received no later than 22 February 2009. On-line abstract submissions are required. Presenting authors must pay the registration fee and attend the meeting. Authors of accepted abstracts are not provided with travel funds. All accepted abstracts for presentation will be included on the Conference multi-media CD that is distributed at the conference. Notification of acceptance will be mailed by 1 March 2009.
Content of the Abstract Abstracts are limited to 300 words. Body of abstract: purpose of the study, methods used, summary of the results and conclusion reached. Please try to limit your author list to 5. References and credits must not be included in the abstract. Please do not paste tables in the abstract body. Abstracts will be published as submitted. Proof and edit your submission accordingly.
Submission Many of the fields in the abstract form are required. The form will not submit until it is complete. You will receive notice on red in the top of the page, if some information is missing. Please press the submit button only once. Notification of acceptance will be mailed to the corresponding author by 1 March 2009. For additional information or if you are unable to complete an on-line submission, please contact: conference2009@tse.fi. If you have continuous problems with the on-line submission, you can send the abstract in the body of email to conference2009@tse.fi. In this case, please include the same information as in the on-line form.
