ACCOMODATION

Accommodation is not included in the conference package, but three hotels in Turku have offered accommodation at special rates for the participants of the conference. We are kindly asking the participants to make their own reservations to the hotels and settle the bill themselves. If you are making reservations to any of these three hotels, please use the reference “FFRC 2007”. You can make reservation either with a phone, fax or e-mail.

The allotment for these three hotels is valid until Friday 11 May 2007.

The hotels accept cash and credit cards as means of payment.

If the cancellation is made later than 6 p.m. on the previous day of your scheduled arrival or not at all, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee which equals to whole value of your reservation.

In order to guarantee your booking, the hotel needs your credit card details. No payment for the accommodation is due to hotel before your arrival. You will pay directly to the hotel at the end of your stay.
