| Booking and cancellation |
In order to guarantee your booking, the hotel needs your credit card details. No payment for the accommodation is due to hotel before your arrival. You will pay directly to the hotel at the end of your stay. All changes and cancellations must be done directly to the hotel by email sales.turku@sokoshotels.fi or by fax. +358 2 231 1010. In case of cancellation by 19 May, no cancellation fee will be applied. In case of cancellation latest on 31 May, 50 % of the value of your reservation will be charged from you credit card. If the cancellation is made after 31 May or not at all, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee which equals to whole value of your reservation. |
