General Information about the Conference

Conference Fees (in euro €)

The conference fee includes the admission to:

• Sessions
• Workshops                                  
• Conference materials  
• Coffee and lunch on both conference days
• Evening event & dinner on the first conference day
• VAT 0 %

Payment

After your registration an invoice will be sent to you by email (during March - May, depending on your registration time). Graduate and post-graduate students are kindly requested to leave a remark in the registration form. Students will be asked to show their student card as they register in the morning of the first conference day. Please also include a remark in case you are a vegetarian.

Cancellation

Your conference fee will be returned to you if your cancellation will reach us by Friday June 4, 2004, at the latest. If the cancellation reaches us after that, 50% of the conference fee will be returned.

 
Accommodation

We have reserved a limited amount of rooms in three different hotels for the conference and summer school visitors. See details about the hotels and the prices.

 
Venue

The conference is held at the Tampere Hall in the Small Auditorium, which is situated close to the railway station (see the map). Also the University of  Tampere is located just across the Tampere Hall, which is the largest concert and congress centre in the Nordic countries.
